CAPITALAND INVESTMENT LIMITED lease space from CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust

CapitaLand Investment has obtained a 9 years, 11-month lease for an additional 9,720 square feet at Capital Tower in Singapore from CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust.

Starting on Feb. 16, 2024, the lease entails an estimated SG$11 million payment to CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust, with an option for CapitaLand Investment to extend for five more years.
