3Q 2023 - Key Business and Operational Updates
In the first nine months of 2023, property income rose by 5.0% YoY to $172.6 million, driven by increased rentals and higher portfolio occupancy. The portfolio achieved a committed occupancy rate of 95.9% for 9M 2023, up from 94.9% in 1H 2023. Positive rental reversion was supported by strong demand, and the portfolio's weighted average lease expiry (WALE) remained at a lengthy 5.6 years. The REIT maintained an aggregate leverage of 39.5% and an all-in interest rate of 2.85% p.a., with 76% of its borrowings on fixed rates.
