9 Sept - Proposed Acquisition of an Additional Interest in a Data Centre Located in Germany

• Issued a notice pursuant to the Reinstated and Amended Contribution and Sale Agreement (the “Exercise Notice”) that it intends to acquire an interest of between 0.2% and 40.0% in the Frankfurt Facility, in the manner as described in paragraph 3.1 below (the “Proposed Acquisition”).
• The Manager will make a subsequent announcement on the actual amount of the interest to be acquired in the Frankfurt Facility, taking into account prevailing market conditions. Based on current market conditions, the Manager expects to acquire an interest of approximately 10.0% in the Frankfurt Facility

• Entered into separate conditional Sale and Purchase Agreements with third-party buyers for the respective proposed divestments of Linfox, Celestica Hub and Zentraline in Malaysia.
• The aggregate sale price of the three divestments is MYR157.5 million, or approximately S$47.7 million.

• Onboarded a new tenant at Sabana@1TA4
• Occupying approximately 64% of the total lettable area, the tenant will be taking up the annex block comprising a three-storey warehouse, production and ancillary office.
• The new tenant, which is one of Singapore’s leading manufacturers of interior products, has a longstanding track record of over 40 years, serving both the public sector and some of the biggest developers in the private residential markets.
