Repayment of US$50.0 million under existing facilities

The US$50.0 million from Manulife US REIT’s own cash holdings has been used to pay down US$50.0 million in debt on a pari passu basis based on the outstanding debt owed to each Lender under the Existing Facilities as described in the Transaction Announcement and the Circular.

Update in relation to applications for extension of time in relation to agm

According to a company filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday, EC World Asset REIT has reported that it encountered no objections from the Singapore Exchange and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regarding the rescheduling of its annual general meeting.

The trust sought waivers to restructure its loan facilities, prompting an external auditing process.

Completion of the acquisition of the remaining 49.0% interest in each of nex partners trust and its trustee-manager as an interested person transaction

Following the completion of the Acquisition, HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, in its capacity as the trustee of FCT, now holds 100.0% interest in each of NEX Partners Trust and Frasers Property Coral Pte. Ltd., which is the trustee-manager of NEX Partners Trust, and an effective 50.0% interest in the retail mall known as “NEX” located at 23 Serangoon Central, Singapore 556083.

Completion of divestment of Tanglin halt cluster

Following the press release dated 7 February 2024, Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd., acting as the manager (the "Manager") of Mapletree Industrial Trust ("MIT"), hereby announces the completion of the divestment of 115A & 115B Commonwealth Drive, Singapore (referred to as the "Tanglin Halt Cluster"), which took place today.  

With this divestment concluded, MIT's portfolio now encompasses 56 properties in North America (including 13 data centers held in partnership with Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd), 83 properties in Singapore, and one property in Japan.
