 1 Jan - Update on Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

  • Further to our announcement and media release each dated 1 November 2024, the Board of Directors of Keppel REIT Management Limited (the "Manager") wishes to update that regulatory approval has been obtained for Mr Chua Hsien Yang's appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the Manager.

  • Mr Chua Hsien Yang's appointment will take effect from 1 January 2025.

2 Jan - Update on Northern Virginia Renewal Option (Not Exercised)

  • The customer option to renew the lease for 8217 Linton Hall in Northern Virginia expired unexercised on 31 December 2024

  • The current customer occupies the entire building, which contributed approximately 11% of annualised rent as at 30 September 2024.

  • The current lease expires on 30 June 2025, and following expiration of the renewal option, the customer is now expected to move out upon expiration of the current lease agreement.

  • Every one month of downtime represents approximately 0.06 cents of DPU.

2 Jan - Divestment of Basis Bay Data Centre located in Cyberjaya Malaysia

  • The divestment of the property known as Basis Bay Data Centre located at 4710 Jalan Cyber Point 5, Zone Flagship 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia (the “Property”, and the divestment of the Property, (the “Divestment”)).

  • Perpetual (Asia) Limited (in its capacity as trustee of Keppel DC REIT) (the “Trustee”) holds 99.0% of the shares in the Vendor and E-Basis Bay Sdn. Bhd. holds the remaining 1.0% of the shares in the Vendor.

Technical Analysis of FTSE ST REIT Index (FSTAS351020)


FTSE ST Real Estate Investment Trusts (FTSE ST REIT Index) decreased from 649.94 to 642.87 (-1.09%) compared to last month's update. Singapore REITs index is currently trading near the support level of a wedge pattern.

•    Immediate Support: Blue Support Line (Wedge)
